Block the black box before the crash happens.

• blackbox_jammer item — install on any vehicle via target interaction.
• Progress bar + SFX on install/removal — sound only plays after successful completion.
• Jammed vehicles do not record crash events — EDR is suppressed.
• Police can detect and remove jammers (job + on-duty check).
• Jammer state persisted to edr_jammed_vehicles table.

🗑️ Data Eraser (Criminal Tool)

Wipe the evidence after the fact.

• edr_data_eraser item — plug into a vehicle to erase its stored crash data.
• Two-phase progress: plug-in duration + wipe duration (both configurable).
• Dedicated Eraser NUI — slim black handheld hardware interface with LCD status steps (SCANNING → ESTABLISHED → PENDING → OK).
• SFX for plug, unplug, and success beep.
• Permanently deletes crash records from the database for that vehicle.
